Senior Brand Executive

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • BRAND STRATEGY & MARKET POSITIONING
  • Develop and execute the overall brand strategy for the company in the OOH industry, ensuring consistency and differentiation in the market. 
  • Position the brand as top-of-mind in the OOH Indoor segment, creating long-term competitive advantages. 
  • Conduct market, competitor, and B2B customer research to define brand direction and communication territories for each stage. 
  • Build and manage Brand Guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • COMMUNICATION & CONTENT DEVELOPMENT
  • Lead multi-channel content strategy (Website, LinkedIn, Facebook, PR, Case Studies, etc.) to establish thought leadership in the OOH industry. 
  • Manage and optimize Digital platforms (SEO, Social, Website) to enhance brand visibility and lead quality. 
  • Oversee the development of key brand assets: Company Profile / Credential Deck/ Sales Kit / Proposal Templates / TVC / Corporate Videos 
  • Define storytelling direction for major campaigns, sponsorships, and strategic collaborations. 
  • BRANDING CAMPAIGNS & PARTNERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
  • Lead the planning and execution Trade Marketing activities (Activation, Events, etc.)
  • Large-scale branding campaigns 
  • Sponsorships & strategic partnerships 
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners (Media, Agencies, Publishers, Key Clients). 
  • Propose innovative collaboration models to increase brand awareness 
  • DATA STRATEGY & BUSINESS IMPACT
  • Build and standardize reporting systems & dashboards to track performance across campaigns, channels, and partnerships.
  • Identify key growth opportunities through data insights, market signals, and customer behavior analysis.
  • Collaborate with Sales,  R&D teams to develop data-driven proposals and case studies that support client acquisition.
  • Proactively recommend resource allocation & budget optimization based on performance data and ROI.

REQUIREMENTS 

  • Work Experience
  • More than 2–3 years of experience relate in Branding/Marketing (preferably in B2B, Media, or Agency environments)
  • Proven experience in developing and executing overall Brand Strategy
  • Leading or playing a key role in large-scale branding projects
  • Experience working with enterprise clients/partners is a plus

  • Language Skills
  • Good English communication skills (TOEIC 700+ or IELTS 6.0+)

    Working Hours

    • Monday to Friday: 08:30 AM – 06:00 PM

    • Lunch Break: 12:00 PM – 01:30 PM
