  1. BRAND IMAGE & VISUAL IDENTITY DEVELOPMENT
  • Capture photos and produce video content for: 
    • Corporate culture activities 
    • Workplace environment 
    • Social media platforms 
    • Corporate profile videos 
    • Other branding and communication materials 
  • Handle video production and post-production, including: 
    • Video editing 
    • Image retouching 
    • Visual effects and sound editing 
    • Post-production for advertising system videos, corporate culture activities, social media, and company profile videos 
  • Support pre-production setup for filming and photography sessions. 
  • Collaborate closely with the Design and Marketing teams to develop visual and video content for branding and communication purposes. 
  1. CLIENT BRAND VALUE ENHANCEMENT
  • Edit and produce short-form promotional videos (15–30 seconds) for brand campaigns displayed across the company’s advertising network. 
  • Produce and edit Campaign Summary Videos for clients. 
  • Coordinate with internal teams to develop ideas and concepts for: 
    • Photography shoots 
    • Video production 
    • TVC production 
    • Campaigns and event activations 
  • Manage and archive image and video assets for company projects. 
  • Perform additional assignments as requested by management and supervisors. 
  1. TREND MONITORING & WORKFLOW OPTIMIZATION
  • Stay updated on viral video trends, creative styles, cinematography techniques, camera angles, and the latest editing methods. 
  • Keep track of trending media formats across digital and social platforms. 
  • Organize and maintain media assets and production resources systematically. 
  • Monitor technical specifications of production equipment and evaluate new technologies to enhance workflow efficiency and production quality. 
  • Apply AI tools and technologies to optimize production processes and improve productivity. 
  • Propose innovative solutions and workflow improvements to increase operational efficiency. 
  • Collaborate with related teams in researching and developing interactive advertising content transformation projects. 
  1. JOB REQUIREMENTS
    • Age range: 26 – 30 years old (born between 1996 – 2000). 
    • Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Communications or related disciplines. 
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in videography, photography, video post-production, media, or advertising industries. 
    • Proficient in video editing and post-production software, including: 
      • Adobe Premiere Pro 
      • Adobe After Effects 
      • DaVinci Resolve 
      • CapCut 
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to understand and execute shooting scripts effectively. 
    • Strong aesthetic sense with a keen eye for visuals, sound, composition, and color grading. 
    • Creative mindset with strong awareness of viral content trends and TVC/product video styles. 
    • Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and eager to learn and innovate. 
    • Experienced in operating production equipment such as: 
      • Professional cameras 
      • Lighting setups 
      • Gimbals 
      • Drones/Flycams
        (All production equipment will be provided by the company.) 
    • Good understanding of image and video specifications for social media and digital platforms. 
    • Proactive with strong decision-making and quick execution skills. 
    • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. 
    • Physically fit and capable of handling heavy equipment when required. 
    • Ability to maintain focus for extended production periods. 
    • Capable of working under pressure with a professional working attitude. 
    • Strong time management skills to ensure projects are delivered on schedule. 
    • Experience in VFX, 3D effects, motion graphics, or animation is a strong advantage. 
  • Familiarity with AI tools and AI-assisted workflows is a plus
  • Previous experience in advertising agencies, media companies, event organizations, or production houses is preferred.
